Implica escrever tr\u00eas coisas que correram bem durante o dia e refletir sobre elas (Seligman, Steen, Park &amp; Peterson, 2005). Recorde o que sucedeu, com quem estava, como se sentiu e que condi\u00e7\u00f5es proporcionaram esse evento. Sugerimos que arranje mesmo um caderno para este exerc\u00edcio. Pode chamar-lhe, se quiser, um \u201cDi\u00e1rio da Gratid\u00e3o\u201d. Considere acontecimentos simples do dia ou conquistas importantes. N\u00e3o se preocupe muito com a qualidade da escrita! Os resultados mostraram que esta atividade di\u00e1ria teve um efeito significativo nos n\u00edveis de bem-estar e depress\u00e3o. Nos participantes que continuaram o exerc\u00edcio por mais de uma semana, verificou-se um aumento da felicidade e uma diminui\u00e7\u00e3o dos sintomas de depress\u00e3o durante os 6 meses de acompanhamento.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por vezes, com a correria da vida, damos muitas coisas boas como garantidas e nem percebemos como s\u00e3o importantes. Se nos sintonizarmos com elas, a experi\u00eancia positiva ganha outra intensidade. Por outro lado, tamb\u00e9m damos por n\u00f3s a focar-nos mais no que n\u00e3o correu bem e perdemos oportunidades de conex\u00e3o e felicidade.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este \u00e9 um exerc\u00edcio que, intencionalmente, pretende ser um contrapeso a esta tend\u00eancia. Como j\u00e1 referimos, a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o tem mostrado que as pessoas gratas s\u00e3o mais felizes. Assim, sintonizar com a frequ\u00eancia da gratid\u00e3o liga-nos \u00e0s diversas fontes de onde nascem coisas boas! \u00c9 um h\u00e1bito que pode mudar o tom da emo\u00e7\u00e3o e energizar-nos.
